As your wellness partner, Lynn Marie Hemera actively listens to your needs and provides services tailored specifically to you. Lynn Marie has techniques, and strategies for lasting lifestyle improvements.

For each session, you'll choose one or a combination of the following:

Aromatherapy

By using pure essential oils we can enhance our emotional well-being. In addition to personal wellness, oils may be used for cleaning and replacement of synthetic chemicals in our homes.

Breath Exercises

Did you know the body takes 20,000-30,000 breaths a day?  It is no wonder that our breath can affect so many aspects of our body including emotions.  We’ve heard and even said, “Take a deep breath.”  Reminding us that the breath can help calm the mind and increase clarity.   Breath Exercises have been found to be effective in reducing irritability, muscle tension, headaches, poor concentration, stress and fatigue.

I once HATED all vegetables and had to work to be in the place of health and size I am today. Remember you don't have to be perfect or make the perfect choice to be healthy, simply aim for a better choice. Meditation is a tool we use to immerse ourselves in the present moment. An embodied meditation practice invites us to be aware of our thoughts and physical sensations while responding with compassion.

Our time together may include a guided meditation, discussion of your at home practice and needs, exploration of different techniques to invigorate your current practice, and troubleshooting so that you reap the benefits no matter your preferences.

Singing Bowl Relaxation Sound Bath

Using Alchemy and quartz singing bowls, you may rest and bathe yourself in the deeply relaxing sound waves.

Workshop

As an interactive speaker, Lynn Marie engages all to explore a wellness topic with a fresh eye.  Each participant will go home with tools to meet their energy level, cultivate ease in their body ultimately tapping into their inner well of peace anywhere anytime.

Yoga

Lynn Marie Hemera opens the yoga practice to meet you where you are no matter your current health, physical abilities, age, body type, injuries, etc. She gives you the tricks & techniques to reap the rewards of a sustainable, life giving yoga practice.

 

Integrating techniques for mind, body and spirit, held and flowing postures are explored. Lynn Marie teaches all yoga students, public and private, to move with breath honoring your body's unique needs.

Together we'll replenish our bodies, calm our minds & connect with our hearts in this mindful movement practice.

​

Lynn Marie has taught students ages 2-93; there is a style for every body to receive yoga's benefits.

 

People look to private sessions for many reasons:

  • Friends, families or colleagues wishing to practice together

  • Explore preferred class style

  • Choice in time and location

  • Customized care for injury, surgery, or particular considerations of your body.  

  • Prefer a private or small group yoga experience

  • One to one or small group settings present an opportunity for us to explore techniques that may not be as accessible in a larger class.
